What this policy covers.

This policy covers the public Underleau website. It explains the current code and the limits of our verified inventory. A production workspace will need its own accurate account, session and storage information.

Cookies are small records stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. Whether a technology needs consent depends on its purpose, not just its name.

Cookies and browser storage.

Analytics and advertising

The current website code does not include an analytics SDK or advertising pixels. We are not presenting an optional analytics consent toggle for a service that is not installed.

Interactive website features

Canvas demonstrations, search filters and animation controls use temporary page state. The demo form prepares an email draft instead of posting answers to a form backend. These features do not implement a persistent tracking identifier.

Hosting and security infrastructure

Delivery and security infrastructure may process requests or set cookies. A complete inventory of cookie names, providers and lifetimes depends on the deployed configuration and is not yet verified. We do not claim that browsing sets no cookies.

External media has its own behavior.

Some journal articles load external images or YouTube players. These requests can disclose connection information to their providers, which may use cookies or similar storage under their own policies. External links take you to services with their own notices.

Blocking third-party cookies may change how embedded media works. Reading our pages does not require you to send a demo email or follow an external link.

Your controls.

• Review, block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser's privacy settings.
• Use browser controls to restrict third-party cookies. Features supplied by third parties may behave differently.
• Clear storage for underleau.com if you want to remove records associated with the website. Browser controls for the app subdomain may be separate.

Before introducing optional technologies that require consent, we must provide an appropriate choice and update this policy. A general browser setting is not a substitute for that obligation.
